Constantin “Tino” Dietrich is a multiple-time Inc. 500 honoree, military-trained sniper, international entrepreneur, and founder of The Dietrich Institute. Recognized as Tech Visionary of the Year and Startup Founder of the Year, he brings decades of experience building businesses, opening markets, and making consequential decisions under pressure.
His career has taken him across Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia. During the Clinton administration, he helped secure Vietnam’s rice-supply participation in the United Nations’ Oil-for-Food initiative, bringing together international negotiations, shipping, and complex logistics. He later spearheaded the international rollout of one of the world’s largest online dating platforms, working with data involving millions of people and gaining an extraordinary perspective on attraction, human behavior, and the forces that bring relationships together or pull them apart.
His insights have appeared in Rolling Stone, Newsweek, and Cosmopolitan, with television appearances on FOX and ABC. A Syracuse University graduate with executive education at the Wharton School, Tino combines business experience with the discipline and focus sharpened through military sniper training.
